While the "hands in space" mantra is sure to be a part of the regular routine at our club There's no doubt that there is a feeling of trust is growing and more members make face-to-face connections. Rotary is changing too. Man volunteers clean up trash. Volunteering through the network of Rotary creates lasting friendships The outbreak of the pandemic opened our eyes to the technology of this Rotary world. Our practices have been refined to ensure that we have online meetings within our organizations, and we are introducing events for service and social in the face-to-face method. To build an improved future for Rotary We have seized the opportunities of the pandemic as well as our traditional practices. A recent Rotary survey, we were encouraged to see that around 75 percent of clubs are planning for their business routine initiatives" The warmer months have seen many participants out and about focusing on initiatives such as river and beach cleans litter cleaning, and our ongoing support to society from Rotary volunteer teams giving their time for COVID vaccine and test centers.
